ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our Website. If you are under 18, you may only use the Website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Product packaging, promotional materials, and item appearance may vary from manufacturer images.
Double Chomp Collectibles reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, inventory inaccuracies, and other website errors without prior notice.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Product availability issues
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Orders associated with freight forwarding or package forwarding services
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
Double Chomp Collectibles currently ships only within the United States.
We do not ship to freight forwarding companies, package forwarding services, reshipping warehouses, or similar third-party forwarding providers. Orders identified as using these services may be canceled and refunded at our sole discretion.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
5. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are charged at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated.
Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items become available unless otherwise specified.
In the event of distributor allocations, product shortages, or manufacturer supply issues, Double Chomp Collectibles reserves the right to reduce quantities, partially fulfill orders, or cancel affected orders and provide an appropriate refund.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request an order cancellation before shipment.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be denied if order processing has already begun.
Approved cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Returns may only be accepted if:
• The incorrect item was shipped
• The item arrives significantly damaged due to shipping
• The item is defective upon arrival
Any issue must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery and must include photographs of the product and packaging.
Double Chomp Collectibles reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement, store credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
8. SEALED PRODUCT CONDITION DISCLAIMER
Manufacturers may occasionally produce sealed products with minor imperfections such as dents, tears, scratches, loose shrink wrap, corner wear, or other cosmetic defects.
Unless the product itself is damaged or unusable, such imperfections do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or discounts.
9. MARKET PRICE VOLATILITY
Trading cards, sealed products, collectibles, and related merchandise are subject to market fluctuations.
Double Chomp Collectibles is not responsible for changes in product value before or after a purchase.
Price changes, market trends, reprints, and product performance do not constitute valid grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or compensation.
10. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Promotional items, bonus products, giveaways, free gifts, and special offers are available while supplies last unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any promotion at any time without notice.
11. ACCOUNT SECURITY
If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, text, product descriptions, website design, and branding, is the property of Double Chomp Collectibles or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double Chomp Collectibles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
14. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD PREVENTION
Customers agree to contact Double Chomp Collectibles regarding any order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund policies, or attempts to obtain products without payment may result in order cancellation, account termination, refusal of future service, and legal action where appropriate.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Double Chomp Collectibles reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
